Mainland U.K Delivery charges

£4.95 - All of our items carry a standard delivery charge, this offers 2-3 day delivery in most instances on all stock items to a U.K address.

Small order charge up to £50.00 - P & P = £2.50

Next day delivery (all order MUST be received pre 12:00) - £10.00

Please note any goods returned for exchange are subject to being charged the full carriage costs incurred as the above prices are discounted.  Any goods returned for refund will be refunded less any P & P charges that Giovanna Couture incurred at cost.

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage costs for international delivery of our items is subject to the delivery location and the total weight of the required goods.

All international deliveries are sent royal mail international signed for or by appropriate courier.

Stock items - 2-3 working days after despatch

MTO (Made to order items) subject to the items being made the delivery times may vary.  We will confirm approx delivery times by way of postal order acknowledgment.
